Up for sale is our 2018 Keystone Montana High Country HM370BH.  This is a mid-bunk model with ample living space and four slides.  We've kept our camper very clean and well-maintained over the few years we've owned it.  Expect a clean exterior that's been well cared for.  Four new tires in April 2022.  New battery in February of 2022.  New kitchen vent fan (with remote) in August of 2021.  Prepped with cold season package and set up for vinyl skirting (full vinyl skirting included) .  Unit has plenty of 'basement' storage as well as rear factory installed carry-all rack with 250lb capacity.  Front/Rear auto-leveling stabilizer system in good working order. 50A power cord to remain with unit.
Inside you will find plenty of living space.  Splendide-Ariston stackable washer and dryer in the bedroom, refreshed vinyl plank flooring in the bedroom and throughout other living spaces.  Electric fireplace in the living area offers a good alternative to propane in colder temps.  This unit has ducted AC and Heat throughout. All HVAC in good working order. Television and Apple TV streaming device to remain. See included pictures for floor plan.  
A few things to note: outdoor speaker does not work (did not work when we bought it and never got to fixing it); wind storm dropped a small limb on the roof and left a small puncture in the membrane – sealed with eternabond and lap seal (these products are the gold standard for such mishaps and haven't had any issues since).

We’d also be willing to part with our 2015 F350 v8 6.7 turbo diesel DW Lariat with about 165,000 miles. This would include the 5th hitch, a B&W Companion OEM 5th wheel hitch purchased new in 2021. Asking 41k for the truck/hitch. I’d be happy to send more info/pics of the truck if interested.
