Pristine Coach With 6000 Miles And 88 Hours On The Generator For Sale.
The coach has been owned, loved and upgraded by a retired professional yacht captain. The following is an example of some of the recent and continuous service and maintenance that has been performed.
NOTE: This is NOT a Covid era built coach with all of the inherent problems and issues that these vintages have proven to have.
 6 new Michelin Agilis Tires with 224 miles as of 1/30/2023.
 6 new valve extenders installed.
 New EezTire Tire Monitoring System installed.
 New stabilizer bar bushings installed on both axles.
 2 new batteries, engine and mystery auxiliary battery installed.
 Marine type battery boxes and covers installed to protect batteries, as they are exposed, under carriage.
 Air conditioning compressor and evaporator foam cleaned.
 Hot water heater pickled and flushed with white vinegar. Note: No scale or deposits found.
 Potable water tank sanitized and only double filtered water is kept aboard.
 New dockside water filtration system.
 2 new opening roof hatches.
 2 new roof hoods for opening hatches. Note: These allow hatches to remain open during rain.
 Generator oil change at 81.3 hrs.

 Exterior of coach polished and waxed.
 New rear view camera installed.
 2 New custom pilot house seat covers.
 Custom interior storage box built by a shipwright.
 Shoddy, factory dinette upholstery stripped and resurfaced by shipwright.

 Every window, including skylights has reflective covers to insulate and prevent U/V degradation.
 41’ of insulation installed in coach voids to increase thermal efficiency, hot or cold.
 All below deck openings, foam insulated to maximize thermal efficiency.
