2022 model 5th wheel RV that has been lightly used by our family. We have an extended warranty that is transferable to the new owner. It has 4 slides and a self-leveling system for the jacks. This unit sleeps 8 and has a unique floor plan that provides a middle bunk area that has a real mattress (with sliding door for privacy) and a loft above with ladder access and includes a half bath. This area can be used for storage or if you have to bring them along, the kiddos. The rear area has the living/entertainment and kitchen. The kitchen area includes a 14 cu ft refrigerator (with a wine chiller), a regular gas 4 burner with an oven and a double stainless steel sink and nice island prep around the sinks. There is also a regular table with 4 chairs. The front has a master bedroom with a comfortable real queen mattress and the space comes with lots of closet and storage space. The master bath is complete with a shower. Outside you will find an electric awning that covers the outdoor cooking and refrigerator and makes for an awesome outside space to relax. There are speakers throughout and and you can listen to music or what have you. The battery is maintained by a solar panel. The entertainment system can take advantage of the Wi-fi prep and this one has ROKU that is included. There are wireless charging ports throughout. To sum it up, this thing has it all!
