This is a brand new 2023 Heartland Mallard M26. Lots of living area and storage through out this home away from home.

SLEEPING (8-10 individuals): The front bedroom is a perfect private space with a king bed and plenty of storage. The rear bunk room has two full size beds with individual lights with built in USB ports. For even more sleeping area, the living room couch and dining table folds down to standard size beds.

BATHROOM: There is nice size bathroom with toilet, sink, medicine cabinet above the sink and a full size shower with tub. There is also an outdoor shower at the rear of the camper.

POWER / WATER: This RV comes equipped with a 30-amp cord. A/C and heater as well as a gas fireplace to help provide the perfect temperature for you to relax. The 6 gallon hot water tank has been updated to an on-demand water system.

INDOOR KITCHEN: The kitchen has a three burner cook top/oven with a microwave above. The refridgerator/freezer runs on gas to keep your food cold while traveling and/or electricity once you get to your destination.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN: The outdoor fridge is ideal for cold drinks and/or snacks for everyone. You'll be able to do outdoor cooking with the two-burner stove and clean up is easy with the attached sink.
